• LED brightness is vastly higher than the equivalent incandescent bulb in the same power torch
• Utilises the premium performance Philips 1 watt LED
• Straight swap LED upgrade for the original  bulb, no need to swap reflector etc
• Consistent brightness and colour regardless of battery condition
• Does not fade significantly when hot
• Electronic regulation for rock steady light output
• Never burns out - an incredible 50,000 hour life expectancy (6 years of constant use!)
• Shock-resistant, much more durable than the incandescent bulb
• Can be focussed into a sharp beam or wide spill
• Longer battery life results from the circuit built into the unit which completely utilizes the power from the batteries, whilst maintaining constant light output.
• Extends runtime of batteries by a factor of 3 with approximately a 5 hour runtime
• Easy fitment, just a straight exchange for the original bulb
• Much better spill than with the original bulb
• The light produced will only dim near the end of the batteries' lifetime. It only gradually fades, not a sudden drop out of light
• The LED bulb is packed in a clear plastic case / capsule
***Please note these upgrades are designed for use in the original Mini Maglite 2 AA incandescent model with the bi-pin bulb, they do NOT fit the new  or traditional Maglite Mag-LED 2 AAA LED models or the 1 AAA battery Solitaire.***
Special features:-

The LED bulb has polarized contacts , however if the contacts are connected in reverse the LED will not light but no damage will be done and the LED will work when the polarity is corrected (simply rotate it 180 degrees so the :LED bulb legs go in the opposite holes
